Chapel IT Search operates exclusively in the IT sector. We partner with Managed Service Providers, Vendors, Distributors, Resellers and System Integrators. We have strong networks, and we make it our business to get to know our clients and what they need. Due to this, many of our placements come as a result of us presenting candidates who are the ‘right fit’ to clients at the right time even when there is no advertised role. Many of our candidates are not on the open market and prefer us to represent them to find the role and company for them. Therefore, a key objective is for us to gain in depth knowledge of candidates.
We have a mix of small, medium and large clients and gain an understanding of their different requirements, limitations and cultures and endeavour to source candidates that each who are the ‘right fit’. We avoid CV shuffling and high volume CV submission. We don’t practice a scattergun approach wasting everyone’s time. Our role is to ensure the candidates and clients we introduce are the right fit.
